The Challenge:

  • Internal organization: Three buyers were vying for real estate on the shelf.

  • Fred Meyer’s sections were not failing: To the contrary, their trial-size sales were good. Our challenge was to convince Fred Meyer that they could do so much better!

  • Cost was a major hurdle: Was buying from Cashco worth the higher cost? Could Cashco really deliver what they promised?
